This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, detail-driven legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, specialist environment.In this role, you will act as a key support to the Senior Partner, managing complex medical negligence files from initiation through to resolution. You will prepare and amend legal documentation and correspondence, liaise professionally with clients, counsel, medical experts and third parties, and manage diaries, court deadlines and case schedules with precision. You will take responsibility for file management, document control and ensuring strict compliance with court rules and procedures, while also handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care.It is expected that you will have a minimum of 5 years' medical negligence experience, supporting at senior level within a busy litigation practice. You will have a strong understanding of medical negligence procedures and the ability to manage complex files with confidence.
