* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a growth mindset and encouraging innovation and creativity within the team.
* Monitor and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Promote a zero-waste culture, effectively managing date codes and ensuring that all edible food products are utilized or disposed of responsibly.
* Recruit top talent for the team, focusing on candidates who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Oversee stock control activities, warehouse layout, and processes to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of driving business growth and excellence through strategic leadership and people management.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering key objectives in fast-paced settings.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to shape and influence at senior levels.
* Previous retail experience in similar leadership roles is highly desirable.
