Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main customer contact from check-in to collection
* Promote Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) and preventative maintenance
* Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
* Manage bookings, job cards, and invoicing using Pinewood DMS
* Track work-in-progress and keep customers informed
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Service Advisor or similar role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to explain technical information clearly
* IT-literate (Pinewood DMS experience a bonus)
* Team-oriented with a professional, performance-driven attitude
