The Communications and Digital Marketing Executive will play a fundamental role in developing and executing campaigns that drive user engagement, support the organisation's mission, and showcase brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Websites & Analytics: Ensure seamless content management on our website, guaranteeing optimal user experience, search engine optimisation, and exceptional performance across all digital platforms.
* Social Media Management: Craft captivating copy, schedule engaging content, and execute effective advertising strategies to foster a strong online community.
* Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and monitor campaign analytics to boost awareness and drive engagement.
* Multimedia Content Creation: Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and infographics that resonate with our target audience.
* Content Planning: Establish and maintain content calendars to support strategic marketing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of compelling content.
* Collaboration & Support: Provide assistance to internal teams, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* A proven track record (minimum three years) of creating and managing engaging content across various digital platforms, social media management, and digital marketing.
* Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in digital tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software.
* SEO expertise, GA4 analytics knowledge, and email marketing capabilities (e.g. Mailchimp).
* Innovative thinking and a deep understanding of current digital trends.
