Procurement Assistant - Hybrid Working Opportunity
This is a high-impact role that involves working collaboratively with various internal and external teams to process quotes, raise requisitions, verify order status, and communicate the status of requests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or Google Suite, such as Excel, is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process quotes and raise requisitions
* Verify order status and communicate request status
* Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
* Support Research and Development teams on related projects
* Deal with external vendors and build relationships
* Catalyst for driving continuous improvement in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
* College certification level and 2 years' experience
* Able to communicate with senior stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Demonstrated communication skills and attention to detail
* Basic mathematical knowledge
* Effective interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP system an advantage
