Commissioning Professional Role
We are seeking a seasoned commissioning expert to join our sustainability consultancy team. This role requires strong technical knowledge and experience in the commissioning process, with a focus on LEED certification.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to contribute their expertise in commissioning and energy systems management. Key responsibilities include:
* Responsible for Commissioning process for HVAC, Electrical and Building Envelope systems.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on complex building projects, preferably within the industrial sector. A background in facility operation and maintenance would be advantageous.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Degree (Level 8) in Architecture/Engineering/Environmental/Sustainability or related subject.
Additional Requirements:
* Possess LEED GA or AP BD&C / ID+C certification; BREEAM AP; WELL AP;
Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA); Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP)
Familiarity with ASHRAE's Commission Process Management (CPMP).
