Accounts Assistant Role We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience working in a busy accounts role, and proficiency in Xero or equivalent accounting package. About the Role The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to the finance department. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, updating customer and supplier records via company systems, and ensuring accurate electronic filing. Main Responsibilities: * Maintaining all aspects of account payable/receivable functions. * Communicating effectively via CRM system with departments as necessary. * Managing relationships with customers & suppliers (written & verbal). * Updating/maintaining customer & supplier records on company systems. * Maintaining accurate electronic files for accounts department. About You To be considered for this role you must have: A business degree or significant years of accounting experience*, p
