Understand client needs and identify opportunities for service improvements or additional offerings.
Manage incoming client communications proactively, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Lead day-to-day client query management, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
Monitor communications with Fund Administrators and Custodians, escalating issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.
Supervise sub-investment managers and service providers, including monitoring service reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), prioritising client requirements.
Conduct monthly service reviews with Fund Administrators and Custodians, and perform on-site due diligence as needed, maintaining a client-centric approach.
Oversee fund and valuation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery for key clients.
Support fund restructures, launches, transitions, and wind-downs to ensure smooth execution.
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support client satisfaction and retention.
Contribute to local and global projects as required.
What you need to have: Proven experience in financial services, particularly asset servicing or investment management, with strong knowledge of Fund Operations including Fund Accounting, Middle Office, and Transfer Agency.
In-depth understanding of European fund structures (UCITS, AIFs) and asset classes (securities, loans, derivatives).
Demonstrated success in a client-facing role managing institutional clients.
Ability to lead strategic client engagements, resolve complex queries, and drive service excellence.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptability to new systems and technologies.
Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
