In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing a wide range of HR functions, from payroll and benefits to recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Job DescriptionJob Title: HR GeneralistReports to: HR ManagerWhat You'll Do:Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Manage payroll processing and benefits administration, including pensions and EAP.Prepare HR reports and support employee lifecycle activities like exit interviews.Facilitate internal communications, attendance monitoring, and welfare activities.Assist in developing performance management and learning initiatives.Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, updating HR policies as needed.Maintain HR systems and accurate employee data.Oversee attendance tracking and contribute to process improvements.Participate in meetings and represent the HR team proactively.Who we are looking for:Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., Sage), HRIS systems, and related IT applications.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Demonstrates confidentiality, professionalism, and a keen attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.Experience working within the NGO sector is a plus but not essential.Hours: The position is Part-time (4 days / 30 hours per week)Salary: €44,000 - €46,900 FTE Holidays Days plus additional time off over the Christmas period.Closing date: 8th February 2026Why Join Us?Be part of a passionate team committed to making a difference.
