Our client, a leader in the aviation sector, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will play a central part in supporting employees and driving HR processes across the business.
The HR Generalist will be a key member of the TSP Team and play a central function in the company.
Responsibilities
Employee Relations dealing with employee requests and queries on a daily basis.
Recruitment and Selection
Responsibility for Employee Benefits Administration, such as Pension, Medical Insurance
Preparing monthly HR Reports for various departments.
Support in developing onboarding processes incl. ZUP Process
Introduce and integrate new staff members at TSP DUB and SNN. Set up new employees on various systems prior to start date and prepare for arrival on-site.
Implementing and updating Company Policies and Company Handbook
Management of Personnel Files
Management of onboarding and relocation of international employees incl. visa etc.
Administration and updating of internal training records
Record and administrate working time incl. absence management
Support in providing employee appraisals
Payroll Preparation in conjunction with Finance dept.
Develop and manage public relation. Plan and manage events
Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities
Handle internal communications
Ad hoc human resources duties and projects.
Person Specification
Degree in a business related subject, preferably human resources related discipline.
Ideally CIPD qualified
Excellent PC Skills Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.
Previous experience of maintaining a time and attendance system is a distinct advantage.
Knowledgeable on current Irish employment legislation.
Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
Problem solving skills ability to think outside the box to achieve the best solution
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Friendly and approachable and recognises the importance of confidentiality.
Flexible attitude with an ability to multitask.
