Our client, a leader in the aviation sector, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will play a central part in supporting employees and driving HR processes across the business.The HR Generalist will be a key member of the TSP Team and play a central function in the company. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) the following:Employee Relations dealing with employee requests and queries on a daily basis.Recruitment and SelectionResponsibility for Employee Benefits Administration, such as; Pension, Medical InsurancePreparing monthly HR Reports for various departments.Support in developing on boarding processes incl. ZUP ProcessIntroduce and integrate new staff members at TSP DUB and SNN. Set up new employees on various systems prior to start date and prepare for arrival on-site.Implementing and updating Company Policies and Company HandbookManagement of Personnel FilesManagement of on boarding and relocation of international employees incl. visa etc.Administration and updating of internal training recordsRecord and administrate working time incl. absence managementSupport in providing employee appraisalsPayroll Preparation in conjunction with Finance dept.Develop and manage public relation. Plan and manage eventsCoordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) activitiesHandle internal communicationsAd hoc human resources duties and projects.PERSON SPECIFICATION:Degree in a business related subject, preferably human resources related discipline.Ideally CIPD qualifiedExcellent PC Skills Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.Previous experience of maintaining a time and attendance system is a distinct advantage.Knowledgeable on current Irish employment legislation.Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate at all levelsProblem solving skills ability to think outside the box to achieve the best solutionWork well both independently and as part of a teamFriendly and approachable and recognises the importance of confidentiality.Flexible attitude with an ability to multitask.All applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland and hold a valid work visa as no sponsorship available for this positionSkills:HR Administration & Systems Management Employment Legislation Knowledge Recruitment & Onboarding
