The Hardiman Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional Concierge assistant to join our Front Office team.
This role c is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong local knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Provide valet parking services and safely handle guest vehicles Support guests with luggage and general enquiries Provide local information and arrange restaurant, tour, and activity bookings Handle guest requests and coordinate with other departments Deliver a warm, efficient, and memorable guest experience Essential Requirements Full, valid in date driver's licence Additional Requirements Previous hotel or customer-facing experience Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of Galway and surrounding areas Experience with Opera Cloud is desirable but not essential Ability to work well as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends Apply Now Send your CV to ******
