Ensuring timely escalation and mitigation of the risks to avoid impact to the project delivery. Developing and maintaining a customized project plan tailored to client's requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions. Managing scope through change control process, being flexible while setting clear expectations after careful analysis of the scope change. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to department initiatives to implement process enhancements. Strong client Project Management experience: delivering complex, high profile projects, proactively driving projects to conclusion. Exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills: ability to apply these skills when interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
