Job Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support to customers and the field service team. This position involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, processing incoming customer requests as well as calling customers when orders are due.
* Record and input repair/service requests for allocation to the field service team and provide accurate information to address customer concerns and questions.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
