Technical design specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on position offering the opportunity to work closely with senior architects from concept through to completion, contributing meaningfully to the technical and aesthetic quality of each build.


The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical design, drawing production, and on-site coordination of various projects. They will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and construction documentation using ArchiCAD, collaborating with architects and design teams in developing project concepts into workable technical solutions.


They will also produce and coordinate planning, tender, and construction documents to a high professional standard. Additionally, they will conduct site inspections ensuring compliance with specifications, building regulations, and design intent.
