My client, based in the West of Ireland are currently a Business Development & Partnerships Manager for a global training company operating across health, wellness, and performance.Role SummaryYou will drive commercial growth and strategic partnerships across multiple sectors. This is a hands-on role for an independent, results-driven operator who can identify opportunities, secure accreditations, and build trusted relationships with associations, clinicians, federations, and corporate stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSleep & Breathing Health: Build networks across sleep health and related clinical ecosystems; collaborate with associations and clinicians to drive program and product adoption.Mental Health Initiatives: Lead accreditation strategy for a new training pathway; engage with therapy associations and boards to establish credibility and inclusion in CPD/CE frameworks.Health Sector Partnerships: Develop relationships with organisations and accreditation bodies in airway health, dentistry, myofunctional therapy, ENT, and clinical wellness; activate KOLs to champion programs.Performance Sectors: Expand presence in sports, yoga, and corporate performance via partnerships with federations, coaching bodies, and L&D providers; secure endorsements and formal accreditations.Revenue & Execution: Own pipeline creation to close; negotiate commercial agreements; implement systems for tracking pipeline health, performance, and ROI; represent the brand at targeted conferences and events.Long-Term Growth: Create scalable partner onboarding, co-marketing plans, QBRs, and commercial models to support international expansion.You will be supported by subject-matter experts as needed for scientific/medical credibility in meetings and partnership development.What You'll Bring4+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within health, wellness, education, or med/tech.Proven delivery of revenue growth and high-value relationships.Experience with accreditation processes and professional associations.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.Based in Ireland, with the ability to travel as required.Location & TravelIreland-based, with domestic and international travel to partners, conferences, and events as needed.
