This role may be available part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability and flexibility, which can be discussed at interview.
The position is classified as a "Controlled Function (CF)" under the Central Bank Reform Act, 2010.
Your Role
The responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Head of CLP Distribution & CRM, this role requires an experienced individual with a strong background in corporate pension and group risk.
- Driving sales by managing a team of Employer Sales Managers.
- Adding new employers to Zurich's customer base by promoting Zurich's Master Trust, group life, PHI, and retail products.
- Understanding and addressing employer challenges.
Your Skills and Experience
The requirements include:
- Strong leadership and strategic abilities.
- Deep understanding of the strategic sales process.
- Excellent influencing skills, resilience, and focus.
- Likely over 15 years of experience working with employers, with relevant third-level and industry qualifications.

The primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin.
