The postholder will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across our hospital group. This is a rare opportunity to drive meaningful change at scale: you will provide strategic oversight across all key pillars of Quality and Patient Safety, including Clinical Audit, Clinical Effectiveness, Risk Management, Incident and Complaints Management, and Claims oversight.
