A leading Dublin law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside top-tier partners on complex, high-value transactions for major domestic and international clients across retail, logistics, finance, and investment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage matters involving the roll-out of leases for major retail clients, leveraging advanced legal technology and collaborating with the firm’s paralegal and junior lawyer teams.
Advise on inward property investments including office developments, logistics parks, and shopping centres.
Support the firm’s Finance team in connection with secured lending transactions and property-backed finance.
Work collaboratively within a cohesive and supportive team to deliver complex and high-value projects to the highest professional standard.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property or real estate law.
Proven ability to manage transactions independently with limited supervision.
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail in preparing leases, contracts, and related documentation.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging with clients, agents, and other professionals.
A motivated, solutions-driven, and commercially aware mindset.
Strong organisational ability and efficiency in managing multiple deadlines across varied matters.
