* Strategic Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day activities of our skilled maintenance team, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless operations.
* Comprehensive Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a thorough planned preventive maintenance program to extend equipment lifespan and optimize hotel facilities performance.
* HVAC and Building Management Systems: Supervise the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems and BMS to guarantee optimal comfort and efficiency for guests and staff.
* Safety Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to health and safety regulations, conducting regular assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
* Sustainability Initiatives: Foster environmentally friendly practices within the hotel by driving sustainability efforts and promoting energy efficiency and resource conservation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a senior maintenance professional or in a similar leadership role within a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS, and general maintenance practices.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations, sustainability principles, and energy management best practices.
* Demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve results and drive success.
