We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the exciting re-opening of The Tholsel Bar. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, motivated professional to be part of a new chapter at The Tholsel Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth running of shifts
Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high standards of service and presentation
Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management
Create and maintain an exceptional drinks offering, including craft cocktails and seasonal menus
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to drive business growth
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment
Proven cocktail and mixology expertise
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts as required
Passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €31,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
