This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Marketing & Event Assistant role will make an impact:Lead the management of Internal MeetingsLead the management of international congresses for Healthcare ProfessionalsEvent Management planning / research locations & costs, attendee management, invite management etc.Arrange the purchase of company / team merchandiseLegal Contract Management (LCM) LeadHealthcare Interaction Lead (HIPPO system)Event Management System Lead (CVENT)Management of cost and spend tracking for all activitiesSupplier relations management (Hotels, vendors etc.)Account Management including vendor set up, raising purchase orders, invoicing and other finance related tasksSupport for Marketing Lead as requiredSupport with Key Account Management requests as requiredOpening Purchase Orders and payments.Support marketing with budget tracker updatesSupport the team with calendar managementPrepare meeting agenda, minutes, arrange meeting logistics & responsible for meeting supplier managementAbout Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Relevant meeting and events experienceHighly organised with strong business acumenFamiliar with event planning & logging systems e.g. CVENTFamiliar with financial systems / raising PO's, vendor set ups etc.Ability to manage multiple tasksStrong excel skills for tracking and budget management purposesPharmaceutical or Healthcare experience preferredProficient in MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
