* On-call rota: Generous on-call sharing arrangement with neighbouring IVC practice
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping clinical standards, guiding colleagues, and ensuring our patients receive world-class veterinary care.
The ideal candidate will possess a balance of clinical expertise, interpersonal skills, and ambition.
* VCI Registered Veterinary Surgeon
* Proven experience in small animal medicine, surgery, and emergency care
* Strong leadership and communication abilities – capacity to motivate and inspire your team
* Interest or postgraduate training in Diagnostic Imaging or Dentistry highly desirable
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
