Grade IV Administrator Excel Recruitment is seeking a Grade IV Administrator for our client in Meath.
This is a full time fixed-term position until March **** but may be extended.
This position would suit an experienced Grade IV administrator who is available straight away.
Responsibilities Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring deadlines are met Preparing and reviewing documents such as reports and correspondence Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality Supporting meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up Promoting excellent customer service and responding to feedback Supervising staff, managing workloads, and supporting team well being Participating in service improvement initiatives and implementing changes Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation Supporting sustainability efforts within the organisation Requirements Previous experience at Grade IV level Demonstrate strong administrative experience and ICT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) Show ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Meet any post-specific experience requirements relevant to the role If you would like to apply for this Grade IV Administrator role, please apply using the link below.
