About the Role
This is a credit analyst position where you will work with customers to determine their repayment capacity, prepare proposals and progress them through our underwriting process. You will engage with customers who are in financial difficulty, assess their situation and provide solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assessing customer proposals, preparing credit applications and making recommendations to our underwriting team;
2. Providing excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills by answering questions over the phone efficiently;
3. Taking ownership of accounts that require proactive contact to find suitable solutions for both parties.
