* Performing competitive benchmark studies and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.
* Providing weekly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
* Collaborating with hotel sales and reservations departments to drive revenue growth.
* Evaluating performance of distribution partners and contracted rates for each hotel.
* Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
