in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 2+ years of experience Excellent Interpersonal skills – able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Innovative mindset with the ability to envision novel approaches to problem-solving and process improvement.
Demonstrable analytical & problem-solving skills, a process improvement orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, product/process design, and engineering materials.
Experience in an FDA regulated or regulated industry is beneficial.
