Senior IT Professional - Mortgage Systems Lead
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Professional to lead our mortgage systems team. As a key member of our technology organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of complex end-to-end IT solutions that enable business strategy and remediate legacy IT debt.
Key Accountabilities:
">
- Accountability for mortgage platforms (customer, staff-assisted, and digital channels) which includes driving service assurance models, managing risk, developing strategic roadmaps around technical health, and delivering on complex change delivery for those platforms.
- Lead a highly performing technical team to design, deliver, and sustain IT solutions for the mortgages business, taking a customer-first approach to all decision-making.
- Develop and execute a long-term IT strategy across the full technology estate, seeking the best outcomes for the organization and driving necessary transformation with a long-term view in mind.
What You'll Bring:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior technology role, with experience of managing complex technology platforms and agile delivery of technology change, preferably in a financial services/mortgage products context.
Strong record of collaboration and influence with internal and external IT partners and vendors/service providers.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
