Essential Job Functions
* Develop and refine high-quality digital content—web pages, blog articles, email campaigns, and social copy—that align with strategic marketing goals and brand tone.
* Partner with subject matter experts and team leads to craft messaging that supports thought leadership and demand generation.
* Maintain and evolve the structure and performance of our website through CMS management and UX improvements.
* Coordinate with developers and designers to implement enhancements that improve usability, speed, and SEO readiness.
* Lead keyword research and advanced SEO implementation to support search visibility, site health, and traffic growth.
* Use tools like SEMrush to monitor trends, troubleshoot issues, and report on KPIs.
* Establish and manage a dynamic content calendar to support campaigns, launches, and lead nurturing strategies across the funnel.
* Align content production with cross-channel marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and relevance throughout the customer journey.
* Design and deploy segmented CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to engage and convert targeted audiences.
* Other duties as assigned.
Other Skills & Abilities
* Strong digital writing and editing skills with a strategic mindset for audience engagement.
* Proficient in CMS platforms (ProcessWire), with working knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO schema best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to assess performance data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative, able to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
* Comfortable collaborating across departments and contributing to campaign strategy and creative planning.
* Experience working within a brand or demand generation team is a plus.
* Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals and digital accessibility guidelines is beneficial.
* Exposure to digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an asset
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in SEO, CRM/email marketing, and content strategy.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
* Hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
* Experience creating digital media and prints layouts using Adobe Creative suite is preferred.
* Experience working in transportation/logistics industry is preferred but not required.
