Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of operational excellence initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation Participate in project management and change management initiatives Gain experience in supervising large teams and leading small projects Develop skills in business management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis What You Will Gain A comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing operations function and its role in driving business success Hands-on experience with operational excellence tools and methodologies Opportunities to drive innovation and improve processes Exposure to business management principles, including supervising large teams and change management A network of contacts across the organization, including senior leaders and subject matter experts A competitive stipend and benefits package Requirements Currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field (e.g.
