Overall Job Purpose
Registration & Counterparty Management consists of two departments: Registration and Counterparty Management. The two main objectives are to:
1. Coordinate the operational implementation of deals (or 'programs' in Supply Chain) and ensure the accuracy and consistency of deal parameters, including credit, legal, and operational conditions, through independent controls at the implementation stage and throughout the deal lifecycle.
2. Support both clients and non-clients with the objective of operational excellence, delivered through a risk management framework and strict adherence to compliance and banking rules.
Dublin Trade Services and Operations teams interact daily with the Dublin Middle Office and rely on it for activities necessary to enable clients to begin using the firm's products. The Middle Office performs its controls independently from the Trade Services and Operations functions.
The Dublin Middle Office focuses primarily on Registration and Specialised Due Diligence .
Key Responsibilities
3. Lead supplier onboarding for both new and existing programs.
4. Manage registration of suppliers for vendor financing programs.
5. Collect documentation for KYTS (Know Your Transactional Supplier) and KYS (Know Your Supplier) activities; ensure completeness once instructed or during recertification.
6. Provide regular reporting to the sales team and support client communication coordination.
7. Maintain an up-to-date master list of suppliers and their status.
8. Properly store supplier documents and supporting evidence in secure and accessible locations.
9. Perform Financial Security (FS) controls during facility setup, renewal, and throughout the deal lifecycle to ensure ongoing compliance. This includes:KYTS & recertificationObligors screeningSpecific due diligence processes
10. Follow the appropriate escalation policies when needed.
11. Proactively deliver a high standard of service and maintain rigorous control standards.
12. Execute all due diligence processes in line with group policies and guidelines .
13. Maintain knowledge of pricing models and deal structures to provide optimal support.
14. Participate with an open mindset in financial technology projects.
15. Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and business support functions.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
22. 3rd level qualification in Business or Finance
23. 3–5 years of banking operations experience
24. Comfortable using general IT systems and tools
25. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
26. Experience in customer support
27. Knowledge of Trade Finance products is advantageous but not essential
28. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
29. Effective communicator across all levels of the organisation
30. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
31. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
32. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
