In this entry-level role at ICON, you will be responsible for supporting validation activities within our clinical operations, ensuring that processes and systems meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in contributing to the success of our projects.What You Will Be Doing:Assisting in the development and execution of validation protocols for systems and processes used in clinical trials.Documenting validation activities and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify validation requirements and support the implementation of corrective actions as needed.Participating in the review and approval process for validation documents to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.Staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory guidelines related to validation and quality assurance.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.Some experience or internship in validation, quality assurance, or a related area is preferred but not required.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.Basic understanding of regulatory requirements related to validation in clinical research is a plus.#LI-FP1#LI-HybridWhat ICON can offer you:
