Overview
Access Talent Group is partnering with a leading international architectural practice as they grow their Dublin team. This role will suit an ambitious Architect with strong leadership skills who enjoys taking projects from concept through to delivery while mentoring others and managing client relationships. You’ll be part of a creative, motivated environment where collaboration, innovation, and design excellence drive every project.
The Role
You’ll lead aviation and infrastructure projects through all design stages — managing deliverables, coordinating consultants, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage large-scale aviation or transport design projects
* Develop creative design solutions within functional and technical parameters
* Oversee coordination across multidisciplinary teams and consultants
* Manage client relationships and represent the practice at key meetings
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and technologists
* Ensure smooth delivery of all documentation and construction administration
About You
* RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect
* 10+ years’ experience within architecture, ideally including aviation, transport, or complex infrastructure projects
* Strong project leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent Revit capability
* Confident communicator with a design-led mindset and attention to detail
