About this Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Growth Specialist to drive strategic new account development across Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage strategic new accounts across Ireland
* Deliver customized sales solutions aligned with client objectives
* Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to build strong client relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, procurement, and technical specifications
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide regular updates
* Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
* Minimum two years' experience in B2B field sales or business development, preferably in IT distribution or hardware supply
* Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
* Demonstrated success in growing new business and expanding existing relationships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Fully qualified driver's license and flexibility to travel throughout Ireland
