The ideal candidate will provide exceptional and dedicated assistance for a number of senior executives, initially on a 12-month contract with the potential for the role becoming permanent.
Responsibilities
* Calendar & overall diary management for a number of senior executives while providing administrative support to the wider management team
* Coordination of all aspects of travel, and corporate events, for the senior executives
* Assist with preparation of meeting documentation and presentations
* Act as the gatekeeper for the senior executives to both internal & external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-years experience in an Executive Assistant role, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, demonstrable ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
*This role is fully on-site in the office in Dublin 2
