To purpose of the role is to sell products and services to customers including individuals, businesses and government organisations. Salary €40,000 + €5,000 bonus Benefits Office based To develop relationships with a portfolio of major clients and expanding the relationships with existing customer by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. The ideal candidate must have a sales background and be willing to conduct 25 + calls daily. Duties & Responsibilities Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Cold calling potential customers, establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly 25 telephone calls are required daily along with contact with up to and not limited to 10 Lead /Prospects weekly. Acknowledge and following up within 24 hours on sales enquiries and sending out information to the customer. Following up on leads generated by other departments Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by Sales Director Entering all required data for sales onto the company system - updating NetSuite and inputting information on customers Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale Responding to incoming email, fax and phone enquiries within 24 hours Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy and ultimately the customer being satisfied with Medguard customer service.
