Support Role
">This dynamic architecture firm seeks a meticulous and highly skilled Administrative Assistant. As the trusted right hand to our Managing Director, you will oversee key administrative functions while maintaining excellent organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, be proactive and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. You will ensure that HR operations run smoothly and in compliance with industry best practices and relevant legislation.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing confidential administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary and calendar management
* Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and expense tracking with the admin team
* Preparing and circulating management meeting reports and minutes
* Creating and editing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets to support firm initiatives
* Organising internal and external events, including client hospitality
* Managing printing, filing, and document preparation, including architectural drawings
HR Administration">You will also be responsible for:
* Drafting employment contracts and overseeing onboarding for new hires
* Maintaining employee records and HR documents, such as performance reviews and leave tracking
* Managing maternity leave processes and payroll coordination
* Responding to employee HR queries and maintaining confidentiality of records
* Updating HR policies and monitoring legislative changes in collaboration with the Managing Director
