About the Role
Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort is seeking a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our award-winning Oceo Spa team.
Our Multi-Award Winning Oceo Spa, crowned Global Spa of the Year 2019, offers an extensive range of luxurious treatments to both Day Spa and Resort guests. Comprehensive training will be provided through our renowned product partners, Elemis and Payot, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to excel.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated therapist with a genuine passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering five‑star treatments and service.
Requirements
Fully qualified in facial, body, and beauty treatments (recognised Beauty Therapy qualifications required).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy spa or salon environment preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and manicures.
Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest professional standard.
Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and organized treatment room.
Manage and update client records and treatment documentation.
Promote and upsell spa treatments, products, and packages.
Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to continually improve skills and knowledge.
Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards at all times.
