We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Advisor to join our client, a leading FMCG business.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand and communicate customer requirements across the business.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring thorough documentation.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
* Monitor product labelling for accuracy and compliance.
* Provide team cover as needed and collaborate on customer projects.
* Issue Certificates of Analysis in line with commercial agreements.
* Drive vendor compliance and maintain high product quality standards.
* Support NPD and existing product lines, ensuring safety and specification adherence.
* Act promptly to correct any deviations from product standards.
Requirements
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Minimum of Food Safety training and HACCP Level 3.
* High attention to detail and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
* Experience in quality assurance, technical support, or a similar role (preferred).
