We are looking for a
Temporary Receptionist
to ensure smooth front desk operations at our
Dublin 4
office.
This is a short-term role covering the following dates:
December 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 31st, and January 2nd.
Pay:
€15 per hour
Role Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk duties.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Handle email correspondence and schedule appointments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
