Description
The HR Specialist will deliver expert HR advice to employees and assist with key people initiatives.
The role will support employees throughout their lifecycle with the firm.
The HR Specialist will support the Chief People Officer and wider HR Team on strategic people projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment and rotations for firm's Corporate Graduate and Intern Programmes.
* Create and manage HR inputs to firm's weekly newsletter.
* Manage new joiner orientation and on boarding.
* Ensure HR Policies and Intranet are up to date.
* Monitor and process requests for all types of leave e.g. maternity leave, parental leave, force majeure leave etc.
* Prepare and issue employee change documentation related to all stages of the employment lifecycle.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm's HRIS and seek opportunities to create and improve our processes.
* Support the wider HR team on various ad-hoc projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 2+ years' experience in a HR administration role
* Third level qualification, ideally in HR
* Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with SelectHR (HRIS) desirable
* Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Motivated self-starter
