Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gymnastics Instructor, located in Galway. The Gymnastics Instructor will be responsible for designing and implementing gymnastics training programs, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of athletes, and providing individual and group instruction. Day-to-day tasks include teaching gymnastics techniques, assessing athlete performance, offering feedback, and maintaining a positive and motivating training environment. The instructor will also communicate with parents and guardians, and assist in organizing gymnastics events and competitions.
Qualifications
* Experience in Physical Education and Gymnastics
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Teaching experience and the ability to instruct both individuals and groups
* Knowledge of safety standards in gymnastics training
* Passion for sports and dedication to athlete development
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is beneficial
* First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
