* The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional system solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage system changes through established change management processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Develop detailed process maps, system documentation, and data flow diagrams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or HRIS Analyst, preferably in a global or complex organization.
* Proven hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules and integrations.
