This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on delivering high-quality digital and visual assets that enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and support commercial objectives across multiple properties.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative DeliveryCreate visually compelling designs for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising that reflect the brand’s identity and tone.Develop engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring designs are optimised for each channel and device.Assist in creating and maintaining visual assets such as photography, graphics, and video content for marketing use.Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and event marketing with high-quality design collateral.Brand & Content ConsistencyWork closely with the Brand & Communications team to ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines.Maintain a library of up-to-date design templates and assets for group-wide use.Assist in updating website content and visuals to keep online platforms fresh, engaging, and aligned with business goals.Collaboration & Campaign SupportPartner with the Digital Marketing team to translate campaign concepts into effective creative assets.Liaise with external agencies and suppliers when required, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.Support the Sales, Events, and Food & Beverage teams with creative requests, adapting designs for different audiences and purposes.Performance AwarenessUse analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to inform creative decisions and optimise design performance.Test and refine design elements based on audience engagement and campaign results.Skills & Experience RequiredA recognised qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a design or digital content creation role, ideally within hospitality, travel, or retail.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.Understanding of web design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools.Strong creative eye with attention to detail and the ability to work to brand guidelines.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.Why Apply?Competitive salary and benefits package.Relocation assistance available.Access to a Company Pension Scheme and Death in Service Benefit.Discounts for friends and family across hotel restaurants and accommodations.Internal and external training opportunities to support career growth.Mental Health First Aiders and staff wellbeing initiatives.Monthly, annual, and long-service recognition awards.Meals provided on duty and assistance with travel costs (Leap Cards).If you are a creative, motivated, and detail-driven designer who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this is your opportunity to make a visual impact with a leading Irish brand.
