This role involves managing a portfolio of pre-litigation liability claims, with a strong focus on early-stage settlements. This role suits a claims professional seeking to broaden their exposure and take on greater responsibility within a busy, supportive claims team.Your RoleManage a portfolio of liability claims, including soft-tissue and other pre-litigation injury files.Assess cases, negotiate settlements and progress claims to resolution efficiently.Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all interactions and decision-making.Engage directly with claimants, representatives and internal stakeholders as required.Identify issues needing escalation or legal review and ensure appropriate follow-through.Ensure compliance with all internal processes and relevant regulatory standards.Contribute to continuous improvement across the liability claims function.Your SkillsExperience working in a liability, injury, or general claims handling role within insurance or a related environment.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage sensitive cases confidently.Sound judgement when evaluating claims and determining next steps.High level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while contributing to team performance.Professional, proactive attitude with a desire to grow within the liability claims space.Must have Personal Injury Claims Experience.Should this position be of interest to you please call Jordan at Applications are in strict confidence.
