We are seeking a motivated and experiencedBusiness Development Executiveto drive sales and business growth within our Instrumentation division, covering the Northern region of the country.
This is a remote-first role with occasional office visits for training and team collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Proactively manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
* Maintain and grow existing client relationships, while identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Strategically manage your territory and product portfolio in line with company growth objectives
* Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support, aligned with company standards
* Contribute to marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and industry events
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support and other departments
* Stay ahead of regional sales trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with leadership
* Present products and solutions to clients, consultants, and decision-makers
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Salary & Benefits:
* €40,000 – €55,000 (based on experience)
* Company car
* Monday to Friday (full-time)
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
* Minimum 1 years’ experience with process instrumentation products
* Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
* Experience working with both public and private sector clients
* Full valid driver’s licence (required)
