**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with intellectual disability/ABI/Autism.
* Assist persons with a disability with residential, training and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning.
* Co-ordinate and supervise on-floor duty teams while on duty.
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in service delivery to residents.
**Requirements:**
* A qualification at Level 5 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with Disability modules.
* Three years' experience working in a residential, respite or day service setting with people with an intellectual disability.
