Job Title: Enrolment Officer - Education Department: Commercial Location: Pearse St., Dublin Package includes: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + pension Overview This is a target driven enrolment role focused on guiding prospective students across our Education portfolio including the Professional Master of Education, Master of Arts in Education, Inclusive and Special Education programmes, the MSc in Corporate Governance and upcoming Healthcare Leadership offerings. The Education Enrollment Officer supports working professionals who are seeking flexible, accredited qualifications that advance their careers. The role centres on triaging high quality enquiries, delivering informed consultations and managing a structured pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Management and Triage Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective teachers, educators, governance professionals and healthcare leaders Qualify and triage leads to identify strong candidates aligned with academic requirements and career goals Conduct structured consultations to understand motivations, readiness to study and professional background Provide clear information about programme pathways including PME, MAEd, Inclusive and Special Education, Corporate Governance and upcoming Healthcare Leadership Work to daily, weekly, monthly call metrics Prioritise follow up based on lead quality and likelihood to progress Target Driven Performance Work to defined monthly and quarterly recruitment targets across Education, Governance and partnership channels Maintain disciplined pipeline management in the CRM including tasks, notes, forecasting and conversion reporting Track performance indicators such as qualification rate, consultation activity, conversion and enrolment outcomes Adjust daily activity to ensure consistent progress toward targets Applicant Support and Conversion Guide applicants through application, documentation and admissions steps including understanding entry requirements such as Teaching Council criteria Support working professionals in navigating flexible study options, study pace and workloa Handle objections or concerns professionally and provide clear, supportive guidance Maintain regular touchpoints to maximise conversion from enquiry to application and from offer to enrolment Partnership Sales Manage leads generated through schools, education networks, corporate partners and professional associations Deliver tailored briefings for partner audiences including school leaders, HR teams, governance professionals and healthcare organisations Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to report activity and ensure smooth processes for partner referred applicants Collaboration and Process Improvement Liaise with admissions, academic teams and operations to ensure applicants receive accurate programme information and timely updates Provide feedback on applicant trends, lead quality and barriers to enrolment Support open days, virtual information sessions and programme specific events Contribute to ongoing improvement of the enrolment process and applicant experience Skills and Experience Experience in a target driven role such as inside sales, student recruitment, admissions or consultative customer service Strong ability to qualify and triage leads using structured criteria Confident and clear communicator with the ability to build rapport with experienced professionals Skilled in CRM management and disciplined pipeline tracking Organised and comfortable managing high volumes of enquiries and follow ups A proactive and supportive team player committed to delivering an excellent applicant experience Ideal Candidates Thrive in a performance driven environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding enrolment targets Are comfortable advising adult learners including teachers, aspiring teachers, school leaders, governance professionals and healthcare practitioners Understand the needs of working adults seeking flexible accredited study options Use data to plan daily activity and maintain high productivity Bring a calm, solutions focused approach during peak recruitment cycles To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
