Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant. The position is located in Dublin, and some work-from-home flexibility is provided. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing support to the executive team as required.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Experience in performing Clerical duties and general office administration
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
* Ability to work independently and maintain discretion and confidentiality
* Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
