The Unscheduled Care Lead is a critical role in enhancing the quality, safety, and efficiency of unscheduled care services.
Purpose of the Post:
This position provides strategic and operational support to the Senior Management Team and Clinical Directorates, focusing on improving unscheduled care pathways and performance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Tracking, analysing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with targets.
* Presenting data regularly at Operations and Senior Management meetings to support informed decision-making.
The post holder will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to patient flow across the hospital, reducing delayed discharges and length of stay, especially for older persons.
