We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistant to join our team and ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
* Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are replenished as required.
* Maintain a keen eye for detail in inspecting rooms for any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
* Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
* Work collaboratively with the accommodation and housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Report lost property and any room discrepancies to the supervisor.
* Assist in laundry duties as needed.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used properly and stored securely.
Requirements
* Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation services is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and time-management skills.
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
* A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
* Conducting Deep Cleans of rooms and hotel facilities.
